Go to a cybercafe and pay for your record file, it cost Three Thousand Naira(N3000), the remita charges and cyber cafe charges should sum up to Five Hundred Naira(N500).
You will be given a payment slip. Go to bursary, they will sign on the payment slip then buy two stamps from them,it cost Fifty Naira (N50) each.
Go to the 2nd building near the bursary and ask for where they collect receipt for Record File.
It's arranged by faculty, so ask for Where To collect Yours.
Go to Exam and Record Office ( Admission Office ), it's not far from Bursary so ask questions.Ask for where they collect record file.
Fill page 1, 2, 13, 14.
Attach red background passport in page 1 & 13 of your record file.
For the pink file that was given to you, fill the front and staple your passport, make sure to keep that file neat as possible.Then make 3 photocopies and each of the following file and put in side each of your Record file
- Birth Certificate / Age Declaration
- Affidavit of Good Conduct
- Affidavit of non-membership of secret cult
- Jamb Admission Letter
- Waec Certificate
- Waec Result
- Local Government of Orgin and other documents you used for your online clearance.
After all these are done, Take your record files and the pink file , Go to your department submit to your course advisor during departmental clearance /manual course registration.
Your course advisor will tell you the offices to submit the files to after it has been signed by your HOD(Head of Department).
Normally you will submit them there for your HOD to sign before you will be given some copies back to drop one at Dean's office, then return one to Exam and Record office. Your department ought to keep one.
Sometimes your are given either four or three record files at the Exam and record office, so after you are done with all the submission, you might be left with one copy,that will be your personal copy.
